Chief Executive Officer

Margaret West is the Chief Executive Officer of Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Magnolia, Arkansas. She has been with the hospital 24 years and has served as the CEO since June 2009. Margaret is a Registered/Licensed Dietitian with extensive clinical and administrative experience. Prior to being appointed CEO, Margaret served nine years as the Chief Ancillary Officer with oversight of Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Respiratory and Physical Rehab while having direct management of Nutrition Services, Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Education.
Margaret holds a BS degree in Nutrition from the University of  Arkansas, completed an internship at the UAMS/VA Program approved by the American Dietetic Association, and holds a MS in Nutrition from Louisiana Tech University.
She is married to Dee West. They have three children, eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Joycelyn Watkins, BSN, RN, CCRN
Chief Nursing Officer
Joycelyn Watkins has been the Chief Nursing Officer since 2006. Joycelyn graduated from Southern Arkansas University in 1980 with an Associates Degree in Nursing. She received her Bachelors in Nursing in 2011. Joycelyn has been credentialed as a Critical Care Registered Nurse for over 20 years and is an Advanced Cardiac Life Support instructor. Joycelyn is community minded and conducts presentations and workshops on health care issues at various venues. She is a member of the Arkansas Organization for Nurse Executives, United Magnolia Alumni Association, and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
Joycelyn is married to Tyree Watkins and they have one daughter, Shannin.
